By visiting the website, registering for a session, purchasing a programme or material, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About our services

Soul Raksha offers personal-growth, contemplative, educational, and wellness-oriented sessions, workshops, courses, and related materials. A listing will describe whether a programme is online or in person, the facilitator, schedule, venue or joining arrangements, eligibility, price, and availability.

3. Not professional advice

Soul Raksha services are educational and experiential. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and do not replace diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. Services are generally for adults aged 18 and above. Where a programme allows a participant aged 13 to 17, registration must be completed with the consent and supervision required from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Registration and payment

• You must provide accurate and complete registration and attendee information.
• Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and additional charges, if any, will be shown before payment.
• When online payment is enabled, payments are processed through Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation from Soul Raksha.
• You are responsible for reviewing the programme details and booking information before payment.

6. Online sessions

You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and private environment. Joining links are for registered participants only and must not be shared, recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Soul Raksha may take reasonable steps to protect participant privacy and remove disruptive participants.

7. In-person sessions

Please arrive at the stated time and follow reasonable venue, safety, and facilitator instructions. You remain responsible for your personal belongings, travel, and fitness to participate. Tell the facilitator privately if you require an accessibility adjustment; we will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee every venue will meet every need.

8. Study and course materials

Digital and physical materials are for the registered purchaser's personal, non-commercial use unless a written licence says otherwise. Access credentials and downloads may not be shared, resold, published, or used to create competing material.

9. Intellectual property

The website, brand, session structure, text, graphics, audio, video, and course materials are owned by Rajaksh Ventures Private Limited or used with permission. No right is granted other than the limited right to access the purchased service for personal use.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and delivery matters are governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Shipping Policy published on this website. That policy forms part of these terms.

11. User conduct

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, record, or disclose the personal experiences of another participant.
• Do not copy, distribute, resell, or exploit Soul Raksha content without written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soul Raksha is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Soul Raksha against reasonable losses, claims, and expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the service, breach of these terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of programme content.

14. Third-party services and payment processing

Payments and some supporting functions may be provided by third parties such as Razorpay. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. Soul Raksha does not control the availability of a third-party service but will assist with a genuine booking or payment issue within our control.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum or remedy, disputes will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published here. The terms in force when you make a confirmed booking will apply to that booking unless a change is required by law.
